Camper & Guest Registration

Check In:

Check-in begins at 1:00 p.m. - or as the campground becomes available.  Please contact the Camp Manager for additional information.

Check Out:

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Group Leaders/Directors must check out with the Camp Manager prior to departure.

Health, Medications, Dietary Needs, and Safety

A Health Care Professional from your user group must be on site to handle all accident or illness related problems that arise and to administer all medications, both prescription and over the counter. All prescription drugs must be in the original container with dosage instructions on the label.

Turn all medications in to the nurse upon arrival.

Health related diets can be accommodated, if planned ahead of time. If your child has dietary restrictions for health reasons, please contact the Food Service/Kitchen Director of your individual user group.

Red Cross certified lifeguards are required to ensure a safe environment for water activities. Because we emphasize safety and proper use of equipment in all camp instruction, activities and games, campers are required to wear appropriate gear. NO swimming without a lifeguard on duty is strictly enforced at all times.

Lost & Found

We understand there is a possibility of someone leaving something behind. Please mark all of your camper’s clothing well so this can be minimized. All lost and found items will be held until Sept. 30th and may be picked up at the camp prior to that date.

Packing Checklist

  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • Enough clothing for a week
  • Personal hygiene supplies (shampoo, soap, toothbrush/toothpaste etc.)
  • Bible and a pen or pencil
  • Modest swimsuit
  • Two towels
  • Two pairs of shoes
  • Flip flops/sandals
  • Insect repellent
  • (Parents – please remember to mark all clothing and items brought to camp)
